院士领衔，前沿探索！国际遗传性肿瘤防控的合作与创新

在这个充满医学创新和科技突破的时代，我们正站在遗传性肿瘤防控的前沿。遗传性肿瘤，一种由特定致病胚系突变引发的家族聚集性肿瘤类型，虽然只占癌症患者的5%-10%，但近期的研究数据明显提高，这些肿瘤往往呈现家族聚集现象，患者可能早年发病、多次发病，甚至患有多个瘤种。易感基因致病性突变通过常染色体显性遗传方式传递给下一代，严重威胁着整个家系的健康。然而，随着分子技术的不断提高和肿瘤易感基因及其变异的发现，我们迎来了一个崭新的遗传性肿瘤防控时代：通过遗传咨询和基因检测，我们能够为每个患者制定个体化的医疗决策，为患者提供更好的生活质量和未来。

为凝集业界共识，搭建遗传性肿瘤防控交流平台，2023年12月1日，在中国抗癌协会癌症筛查与早诊早治专业委员会/中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会/中国抗癌协会肿瘤防治科普专业委员会/中国抗癌协会消化道息肉及癌前病变专业委员会/中国抗癌协会肿瘤样本整合研究分会/中国民族卫生协会肿瘤防治专委会/国家高性能医疗器械创新中心/粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院/广东省保健协会/广东省精准医学应用学会癌症早筛早诊分会/海南省医疗创新促进会/广州开发区生物医药与健康产业促进会/广州高新区科技控股集团/早筛网联合主办的“第二届ZAODX世界肿瘤早筛大会”上，我们专设由陆国辉教授和早筛网发起的“第二届国际遗传性肿瘤防控高峰论坛”，汇聚遗传性肿瘤防控专家大咖，共同探讨遗传性肿瘤防控前沿与未来。

“第二届国际遗传性肿瘤防控高峰论坛”将由张学院士做致辞，南方医科大学珠江医院，中国产前临床遗传诊断/基因检测/遗传咨询/遗传性肿瘤防控领域开拓者之一，陆国辉教授和昆明医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤外科杨军教授担任论坛主席。

To build consensus in the industry and establish a platform for the prevention and control of hereditary tumors, on December 1, 2023, at "The 2nd ZAODX World Conference on Early Detection of Cancer" hosted by ZAODX, we will organize the "2nd International Summit on Hereditary Tumor Prevention and Control," initiated by ZAODX and Professor Gary Lu. This summit will bring together experts in the field of hereditary tumor prevention and control to jointly explore the forefront and future of hereditary tumor prevention and control.

The "2nd International Summit on Hereditary Tumor Prevention and Control" will be addressed by Academician Zhang and chaired by Professor Gary Lu, a pioneer in the field of prenatal clinical genetic diagnosis, gene testing, and genetic counseling as well as hereditary tumor control in China, and Professor Jun Yang from the Department of Oncology Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.
